Culture is defined equally by the behaviours leaders demonstrate and reward, and those they don’t tolerate and punish. In some organizations, the official culture (on websites and walls) is vastly different from what leaders enable. This used to be a sign of poor leadership. Now, it’s also a sign of legal risk. The lesson here is whatever culture you espouse, live it.
