Money only goes so far as a motivator, especially with millennials. Often the biggest motivator for both entrepreneurs and employees is simply doing something purposely that you’re passionate about.
If you’re good at something, people may assume you’re good at others. But what if you aren’t? Welcome to the Elite’s Curse. It may have short-term benefits, but it’s called a curse for a reason.
Humans are resilient in general, but change can be difficult. Making the change meaningful and giving your team purpose can help you get there faster (and in one piece).
All companies make mistakes. Without them, creativity and innovation would be severely limited. It’s important though to limit the impact, understand and share what went wrong and course correct.
