Change on the Run – Exercise Templates
Hello. I am delighted you are downloading the exercises in Change on the Run.
Being successful in change is not about being perfect; it’s about being fast and effective so you can move on to the next task or issue. Acting quickly is essential for managing change-related tasks—the speed of execution matters.
I created the exercise templates so you could take action immediately. The activities will help you to think through your circumstances and quickly complete the tasks or address the situations.
Please let me know which exercises help you. I would really like to know.
I wish you all the best as you continue to lead change.
